Welcome to Sarah Briggs Counselling

Hello, I’m Sarah and I want to help you feel better about yourself and your life. I believe that counselling can help you struggle less, enjoy life more, feel more confident and improve how you feel about yourself and your relationships with others.

I offer sessions in person in Newmarket and online/by phone across the UK.

Perhaps you are feeling that you are in a constant battle with anxiety,  you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or that you are trying to come to terms with a life that is very different from what it was before.

You may have feelings or have had experiences that are difficult or painful to talk about
You can share what you are feeling and thinking with me, without risk of feeling dismissed, that you are complaining or you are not worth someone’s time to listen.

Making the decision to see a counsellor is a big step forward in dealing with whatever issues are troubling you.  I understand that it is often an anxious and daunting step to take and I aim to provide you with enough information to help you decide if therapy is the right choice for you.
